The Disabled American Vets sent these out in 1970 in return for charitable donations. There are 3 sets of Illinois (Land of Lincoln) tags. 2 each for license numbers FH 7574, FH 7575, and FW9923. The tags were meant to be fastened to the key chain with your car keys. Back reads: Postage Guaranteed. Finder Deposit Any Mailbox. Disable American Veterans. Cincinnati, Ohio 45214. Aluminum. Condition: Very Good (never used).

These are listed as a set of six but I'm willing to sell in pairs. Contact me for information.
